About
Redwings Horse Sanctuary is the headquarters of a national animal welfare charity dedicated to the care of horses, donkeys, and ponies. While the Norwich location is administrative and not open to the public, the charity operates five visitor centres across the UK. Visitors can experience the beautiful setting and well-cared-for animals at nearby centres in Aylsham and Caldecott near Great Yarmouth.
The sanctuary offers a lovely shop and cafe on site, serving coffees, cakes, and even pizzas. There is no obligatory entrance fee, and the staff are known for their helpfulness and positive interactions.
