What does the identity check involve?
To protect business owners from fraudulent claims, we carry out a brief verification — usually a confirmation email from a business domain, a link to your official website, or a short exchange with our team. We keep it simple and won't ask for anything excessive.
How long does it take to get verified?
Most claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days. If we need additional information we'll contact you by email. You can always reach us at [email protected] if you have questions in the meantime.
Is claiming really free?
Yes — completely. Claiming your listing, editing your description, uploading photos, and keeping your contact details up to date costs nothing. Optional paid plans exist for businesses that want enhanced visibility and positioning, but they are never required.
