These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrustedIn.uk ("the Service"), operated by Feelter Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

TrustedIn.uk is a UK business directory that allows users to browse business listings and allows business owners to claim, manage and promote their listings. We aggregate publicly available business information and provide tools for business owners to enhance their presence.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Business listings

• Business listings may contain publicly sourced information. Business owners may claim and update their listings.
• You must only claim listings for businesses you own or are authorised to represent.
• Listing information must be accurate, truthful and not misleading.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate these Terms or contain inappropriate content.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid subscription plans (Featured, Premium) provide enhanced listing visibility.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of payment for refund requests.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the original price until renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or business.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding and content (excluding user-submitted business data), is owned by Feelter Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listing information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
