Shetland Care Attendant Scheme (SCAS) is dedicated to offering unpaid carers in Shetland a much-needed break from their caring responsibilities. Our Care Attendants visit carers' homes to provide support, ensuring the safety of their loved ones while the unpaid carer rests.
Operating from Monday to Friday, SCAS is committed to accessibility, with a wheelchair-accessible car park and entrance. Donations and fundraising are crucial for our operations, enabling us to assist carers not covered by other funding.
