Be Strong is a not-for-profit fitness and wellbeing community based in Great Harwood, Lancashire. We help people improve their health through movement, nutrition, and mindset. Our friendly team runs group fitness classes, community run clubs, and lifestyle coaching suitable for all abilities. Whether your goal is weight loss, confidence, or overall wellbeing, Be Strong will help you eat well, move more, and live better.
Our flexible membership plans include in-person sessions, online support, and access to our 52-week 'Year of You' programme. We offer a variety of fitness classes and coaching sessions throughout the week.
