About

BMHS is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring a mentally healthy BAME community. They provide support and education appropriate to mental health and wellbeing, emphasising the equal value of mental and physical health. BMHS addresses the challenges faced by Black Asian and Minority Ethnic people in accessing quality mental health services.

The centre offers a range of services including training, courses, and advocacy. It is fully accessible with facilities such as a hearing loop, wheelchair-accessible car park, entrance, seating, and toilet. BMHS operates seven days a week from 9 am to 8 pm.
