Led by Tom, a qualified carpenter with years of industry experience, the team has built a reputation for skilled craftsmanship and efficient project management. Originally from Suffolk, Tom moved to London 12 years ago and has since worked on high-end residential projects in central London.

Operating from Monday to Saturday, Benchmark Lofts offers a seamless project management experience, utilising the Buildertrend portal and app. The team prides itself on clear communication, problem-solving skills, and maintaining a tidy work environment. They work closely with skilled tradespeople to ensure high-quality results.
