One Therapy Brighton is a group of carefully-chosen therapists providing counselling and psychotherapy in Brighton since 2012. Our qualified therapists are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy or the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. We offer personal therapy for individuals and couples counselling for those with relationship problems. Sessions may be short or longer-term.

Our office in The Lanes is open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday. Appointments are recommended for a more tailored experience.
