Welcome to The Green Rooms. We have provided Counselling, Therapy (Psychotherapy) and Coaching since 2003.
We offer a wide range of Counselling and Therapy services, including: counselling for individuals, couples therapy, bereavement counselling, weight loss therapy (with nutritional therapy), exposure therapy, trauma therapy, fertility counselling, adoption counselling, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and pet therapy.
Our offices are in Newton Mearns (G77) & Glasgow. We also offer remote appointments via telephone and video call. We also offer a screening service for people exploring potential neurodiversity or mental health challenges. Examples are ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression and Trauma.
