Back to Eden Counselling provides a non-judgmental and understanding environment for individuals aged 16 and over. My approach is primarily person-centred and humanistic, allowing you the space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I draw on a range of theoretical modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Creative Therapy. I am a neurodivergent-aware counsellor with experience in working with autism and ADHD.

I offer both face-to-face and online sessions in the Guildford area. Appointments are recommended, and I am a qualified counsellor through Middlesex University, a registered member of the BACP and ACC, enhanced DBS, insured, and ICO Registered.
