Making Your Way is a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapy practice in Hastings, led by Jo. Specialising in changes associated with midlife, peri/menopause, and unexpected life transitions, Jo employs a therapeutic approach rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Jo's creative and compassionate approach helps clients make positive and sustainable changes.
