About
The Junior Duke Award is a globally recognised life skills programme for children aged 3-13, founded in 2006. It helps pupils build independence, confidence, resilience, and wellbeing. Delivered in schools across 45 countries, the Award offers ten progressive levels of challenges that teach practical life skills, broaden horizons, and encourage care for others and the planet.
The programme fosters a strong sense of community, boosts pupil engagement, and strengthens parent involvement in learning. It is simple to run, affordable, and impactful, making it an excellent way to prepare children for life's challenges while enriching your school's culture.
