The Altered State is a creative workshop based in Carnoustie, near Dundee on the East Coast of Scotland. Specialising in laser cutting, engraving, CNC routing, and custom product design, we work with a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, metal, and leather. Our services cater to individuals, distilleries, makers, and retailers across Angus, Scotland, and the UK. Open from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday, we offer onsite services and are wheelchair accessible. Our workshop is also an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space.
