Asfit Pole and Aerial is a welcoming fitness studio in Liverpool, founded by Alice. With 8 years of experience in pole and aerial fitness, Alice opened the studio in 2021 to provide a judgement-free environment for students and the community. The studio offers a range of classes from beginners to intermediate levels, as well as mixed abilities stretch and flexibility sessions. Both full classes and private sessions are available, along with special catering for Hen Parties.

Open for classes from Monday to Saturday, Asfit Pole and Aerial is wheelchair accessible with a range of amenities including a gender-neutral restroom, Wi-Fi, and a swimming pool. Membership is required to access the studio.
