Penrose Water Gardens, established over 40 years ago, offers a serene escape within a woodland valley on the outskirts of Truro. Spanning 6 acres of marshland and woodland, the gardens feature over 40 lily ponds and informal nature ponds fed by natural springs. Visitors can enjoy numerous seating areas and picnic benches while observing the abundant wildlife.

Open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM, Penrose Water Gardens welcomes families and dog owners. The on-site Cornish Barista serves breakfast, lunches, tea, coffee, and cake. The gardens are free to enter, with a donation box available. Multiple payment options are accepted.
