The centre features approximately 200 square metres of floor space, half of which is covered with high-quality EVA foam jigsaw mats suitable for all martial arts styles. The other half is carpeted. Equipment such as heavy bags and strength and conditioning tools are available. Separate changing rooms, toilets, a kitchen, and a waiting area are also provided.
