D'Elevated Care and Services in Cardiff is dedicated to providing compassionate home and community care. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care, including personal care, respite services, and live-in care. We also offer specialised support for dementia, MND, and complex conditions. Our occupational therapy and environmental assessments are designed to help you live safely and independently.
Our services are available from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 6 pm on weekends. We pride ourselves on our wheelchair-accessible facilities and on-site parking for your convenience.
