JP Stonework & Dry stone Walling, trading as JOHN PHILIP, is a Buxton-based masonry contractor covering the High Peak and surrounding areas. With over thirty-five years of extensive experience in the building trade, John offers a high-quality building service. He holds a City and Guilds advanced apprenticeship in brickwork and practices.

John has worked for a variety of building and construction companies, from small firms to large corporations. He also worked for Macclesfield Borough Council for three years as a mansion paviour, handling tasks such as laying stone paving footpaths, stone setts, block paving, highway repairs, drainage, sewer repairs, stonework, and brick retaining walls.
