About
At House of Equilibrium, I work with you from the inside out to relax, replenish, and restore. In Horsley Village, I teach therapeutic Pilates, combining standing and mat work to build awareness and resilience. My Darley Abbey studio provides bespoke Holistic Massage, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy. Online, I offer encouraging workouts for beginners and those returning to exercise.
Operating hours are from 1-6 pm on Mondays, 11 am-6 pm on Tuesdays, 12-5 pm on Thursdays, 10 am-4 pm on Fridays, 9:30 am-1 pm on Saturdays, and closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Appointments are required for on-site services.
