Polaris Counselling Hub is a team of compassionate and approachable qualified counsellors based in Aberdeen. We offer Person-Centred Therapy in a secure, supportive, and nurturing space. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult chapter, or simply seeking to understand yourself more deeply, we're here to walk alongside you. At Polaris, we offer an inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly, and accessible space for you to start your counselling journey.

Our services are available on-site, and we have taken measures to ensure accessibility for all, including a wheelchair-accessible car park, entrance, and toilet.
