UOK Mental Health Support is a collaborative effort of 20 community services dedicated to enhancing mental health and wellbeing in Brighton, Hove, and East Sussex. Our mission is to ensure you receive the necessary support at the right time, promoting good mental wellbeing for all.
We operate Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a connection to local mental health and wellbeing support. Our entrance is wheelchair accessible, and we offer a toilet facility.
