Medina Valley Centre, part of the Isorropia Foundation, is a Wellbeing Organisation dedicated to helping individuals achieve their best selves. Our team of professionals and wellbeing coaches, many with lived experience of mental health, guide members through workshops and focused development. We provide both face-to-face and online engagement to support your journey towards improved mental and physical wellbeing.
Located in Newport, our centre is accessible with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and toilet. We operate from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
