Harmless is the national centre of excellence for self-harm and suicide prevention, dedicated to saving lives through support, information, training, and consultancy. Our sister service, The Tomorrow Project, focuses on suicide prevention and bereavement support. We operate The Academy, providing courses on self-harm, suicide prevention, and mental health.

Open from 9 am to 7:30 pm on most weekdays, Harmless is wheelchair accessible and offers gender-neutral facilities. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and a safe space for transgender individuals. Appointments are recommended for our services.
