Off the Record (OTR) Youth Counselling Croydon was established in 1994 to offer free, independent, and professional counselling for young people aged 14-25 in the Croydon area. Over the years, the charity has expanded its services to include mental health support in schools, BME mental health work, a young carers service, a specialist counselling service for young refugees, online counselling, workshops, and a counselling service in Sutton and Merton.
