About

Founded by local residents in 1994, Witton Lodge Community Association is a community-led charity and landlord in Perry Common, North Birmingham. It combines affordable homes, health and wellbeing programmes, employment and skills support, and strong partnerships to improve life across the Erdington constituency and wider North Birmingham area. The Witton Lakes Eco Hub is a welcoming green space where residents connect with nature, build skills and enjoy activities together. Sycamore Court offers independent living and communal spaces for older residents, helping to reduce isolation and build friendships. The Erdington Health & Wellbeing Hub brings services on the High Street, making local advice, activities and support easy to access.

The association is wheelchair-accessible with a car park, entrance, and toilet. It operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
