My Life Physiotherapy & Pilates offers mixed-level Pilates matwork classes every Wednesday at Chandler's Ford Infant School. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to those recovering from injuries. Helen provides individualised feedback and adapts exercises to meet the needs of each participant. The current class mix is approximately 50:50 men and women.
The studio is wheelchair accessible, with a toilet available. Appointments are recommended for initial sessions.
