The Walters Method, formerly known as Focussed Mindfulness, is dedicated to addressing thoughts, feelings, and memories that impact your peace of mind and relationships. Specialising in emotional trauma, self-harm, anxiety, and relationship coaching, the practice provides a practical toolkit for continued self-improvement. Clinics are located in Huddersfield, Cheshire, Devon, Norfolk, and across North and West Yorkshire, with online sessions also available.
Operating from Monday to Friday, the practice offers a range of services including one-to-one and couples sessions, practitioner training, and workshops. Appointments are required, and the practice is LGBTQ+ friendly, a transgender safe space, and wheelchair accessible.
