We're a Psychology practice in Oxford Circus, Central London. We provide evidence-based, counselling and psychotherapy services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Integrative approaches. All our therapists are registered with the UK awarding bodies (HCPC, BPS, BABCP, BACP an UKCP), regulating professional excellence in our field. We believe in therapy as a right, not a privilege, and thus our self-funded fees are amongst the lowest in London. We work with almost all private healthcare providers, so you'd be covered whether you're with AXA, Cigna, Vitality or WPA (and more). We can help with stress, anxiety, mood, personality and relationship issues.
