My work gives me the opportunity to help people from all walks of life, providing rehabilitation programmes and instructing patients on steps they can take to improve their health. I am particularly adept at deep tissue massage, soft tissue release and muscle energy techniques.

I am constantly looking at ways to improve my skills and extend my knowledge. In recent years I have become qualified in Medical Acupuncture, Advanced Fitness and just recently completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher training course. 'create a window of time, where pain and other symptoms are reduced significantly. Use this window to create better habits and enforce positive changes with the use of remedial exercises and lifestyle adjustments'
