Taiji & Qigong offers Tai Chi and Qigong classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Led by James Drewe, a seasoned teacher with over 45 years of experience, the classes provide a welcoming environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners. James's approach combines traditional techniques with modern insights, ensuring a holistic learning experience.
Classes are held on Thursdays at 2.45pm and Fridays at 12.05pm. A trial class is available for PS5, with termly fees applying thereafter. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and amenities include a toilet.
