Art and Spirituality CIC is a non-profit Social Enterprise in Gorgie, Edinburgh, dedicated to fostering creativity, mental, and physical well-being. Led by three experienced female directors, the studio provides a Studio Room, Therapy Room, and Cafe for healing, inspiration, and self-expression. Specialising in yoga, meditation, creative workshops, and therapies like Reiki and sound baths, the centre supports marginalized women facing racial inequity, anxiety, trauma, and hidden disabilities.

The studio extends its eco-friendly practices to local green spaces like Saughton Park, promoting community, inclusion, and holistic growth. Artwork by local artists adorns the space, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
